When you book a trip to Bhutan and later decide to cancel it, the following rules apply:
1. If you cancel more than 60 days before the start of the travel program, you will be charged a flat rate of USD 150 per person, plus any advance payments made to hotels and transfer charges.
2. If you cancel between 60 and 10 days before the trip, 45% of the total package cost will be retained as cancellation charges.
3. If you cancel within 10 days of the travel date, 100% of the package cost will be retained as cancellation charges.
Cancellation Policy for Bhutan Air Tickets:
If you have purchased air tickets for your Bhutan trip and need to cancel them, the following rules apply:
1. If you cancel the tickets more than 30 days before the travel date, you will receive a refund of 75%.
2. If you cancel the tickets between 30 and 10 days before the travel date, you will receive a refund of 50%.
3. If you cancel the tickets before 4 days from the travel date, you will receive a refund of 25%.
4. No refund will be provided for tickets canceled within 4 days of the travel date.
Rescheduling Air Tickets:
If you need to reschedule your air tickets, the following applies:
1. If you reschedule your flight less than 72 hours before the travel date, you will be charged a rescheduling fee of USD 40 or the equivalent in local currency. Business class passengers are exempt from this fee.
