1. PLAN YOUR TRIP:
Take a look at our sample itineraries and let us know your interests. We’ll create a customized itinerary just for you, ranging from 4 to 17 days, with various activities. If you have any special requests, we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
2. CHOOSE YOUR TRAVEL DATES FOR DRUK AIR RESERVATIONS:
Please provide us with your travel dates as soon as possible, so we can check the flight schedule of Druk Air and reserve your seats. Seats fill up quickly due to limited availability, especially during festival times. Let us know the Druk Air-serviced city you’ll be flying from.
3. COMPLETE THE TOURIST VISA APPLICATION:
We’ll provide you with the Bhutan government visa application form. Fill it out carefully according to the instructions. Once we receive your tour payment, we’ll process your visa with the Bhutan government. After receiving your visa clearance, we’ll forward it to you. Present the visa clearance to the visa officer at the entry point in Bhutan (Paro airport for flights or Phuntsholing visa office for car arrivals).
4. MAKE YOUR TOUR PAYMENT:
Once your itinerary and travel dates are confirmed, you’ll need to make the tour payment. This will allow us to process your visa, secure your Druk Air tickets, and make hotel reservations. We accept payment only via wire transfer. We’ll provide you with the necessary information, and please provide us with the wire-transfer confirmation number.
5. RECEIVE IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS FROM BHUTAN TRAVEL SPECIALIST :
As soon as we purchase your Druk Air tickets, we’ll mail them to you. Additionally, once your visa clearance is processed, we’ll fax it to you.
